Delete Your ARMi Account

We respect your right to control your data. If you’d like to permanently delete your ARMi account and all associated information, please follow the steps below, and your account will be deleted within 24h and all associated data will be wiped.

To test if your account has been wiped, please uninstall and reinstall the app and attempt to login.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your ARMi account, send an email to team@armi.app from the same email address you used to sign up.

This is used for account verification, if another email address is used, or an email address requests the deletion of an account via another email address in the body of the text, no action will be taken.

Please note, this is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your message should look like this:

To: team@armi.app

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Body: Please delete my ARMi account associated with this email address.

I understand this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent — your data can’t be recovered once removed.

• Any active subscriptions should also be canceled separately through your App Store or Google Play account for safety and security.

• For your security, deletion requests must come from the registered email address.

• Do not include your password or any sensitive information in your email.
